Yes, once we start, it is our priority to finish the project in the time frame we stated. There will be at least one foreman on the job, every day.
We will finish the project in the time frame we say, unless unexpected delays occur not in our control, such as weather and back orders of materials
Yes, we are very conscious of the fact that our clients are usually living in the house during construction. We keep a broom swept site at the end of every workday and all material is stacked neatly. We also hang protective plastic to keep dust to a minimum
We listen to what the client wants to change. We will give a written change order describing the change and the cost of the change. The client and contractor will sign the agreement before any work on the change begins
I attend building conventions and seminars yearly. I stay on top of new innovations, and will inform the client when needed
