A house means many things to many people. It is a place of warmth. It is a place of family. It is a place of wonderful memories. And most of all, it is home. At B. Chaney Improvements, LLC, we approach every aspect of home construction as if we are building it for our own family. We're fully invested in understanding your needs, in both remodeling and custom building, in order to craft a house you can truly call your home.

In 1988 Brad Chaney was employed full time doing what he always loved doing, working with his hands in construction. He was well liked and respected by his employees and his colleagues. He began to appreciate and love the art of building as he began to gain more knowledge in it. As time allowed he started taking little odd jobs on the weekends such as decks, walkways, porches etc. Then in 1995 he purchased a used pickup truck and decided to venture out on his own.

Now 16 years later with much thanks to God, his business has grown successfully! Building new custom homes and additions. He has dedicated employees that share the same mission, to do all jobs with respect, honesty and impeccable service.

He’s a strong believer in keeping up with the newest innovative materials to implement into his projects.
